Instead your body will be convinced that you will be skipping more meals in the future and in turn will store all of the fat from those meals. Even if you're not hungry, try and eat something at least three times per day. When eating you should pause for a few minutes. Our bodies sometimes get confused and don't know when we are full. Make it a habit to stop and consider how full you feel halfway through your meal. Take a break for a moment to see how hungry you really feel. Listen to your body to know how much you should eat.

Stop Eating

Make an effort to try to stop eating long before you go to bed. Stop eating at least 2 hours before your regular bedtime. If you don't think you will be able to sleep without a snack, stick to water and a few vegetable snacks. There will be moments when you are unable to live by the 2 hour rule, however, do everything you can to keep those to a minimum.
