If you want to feel great through the hours of your entire day, moderating your eating is essential. Regularly eat foods that are abundant in calcium. Calcium-rich foods include diary products, such as cheese, milk and yogurt, leafy vegetables which are dark green in coloring, and even some types of nuts. In order to have healthy, strong bones and teeth, it is imperative that you consume some form of calcium. When you don't have enough calcium, your bones can become brittle in a problem known as osteoporosis. The damage from osteoporosis occurs gradually over many years and weakens the bones, making them susceptible to fracture. Symptoms in the later stages include bone pain.

In the end, instead of eating fewer calories, skipping breakfast actually leads to you consuming more food than you would have.
Not all whole-grains are created equal. The color of a food doesn't indicate whether it is whole grain or not. Just because a product has 100 percent wheat, multi-grain, stone-ground or cracked wheat on the label is no guarantee the the product is 100 percent whole grain. This is why you should carefully read the nutrition information on the package.
