Bone and teeth strength are among the many benefits of consuming calcium. Not getting enough calcium can lead to osteoporosis, a disease in which your bones become brittle and fragile. Even if organic foods are not your typical choices, it can be easier to start eating them if you grow them yourself, even in small spaces. If you want to grow a certain kind of fruit or vegetable, you can probably find a container to do so. Containers can be found for many fruits and vegetables, including tomatoes, lettuce, beans and strawberries, among others.
